Sun dried tomatoes and wild mushrooms, yes please! I did apple chips and they turned out excellent. I have a meat thermometer in it now, I think on a toasty day I could cook chicken! With some refinement I’d bet on it
Time to start your herb garden. Also, onions dry easily and reconstitute almost perfectly in soup. Carrots are a bit spongy and ground up dried beets make a powerful die, especially on you bodily fluids, but potatoes are viable. Never did have much luck with various types of beans, they are great pickled though.
