This is such a great post!!
Our bodies were created and made perfectly. So perfectly in fact that we can feed them trash, spread pounds of toxins and chemicals on them, inject them with things they reject and then inject them again, breath in all manner of toxins and pollutants and then physically abuse them - intentionally - in the name of beauty and affirming care.
All the while, as you said Amy our bodies are screaming, “I’ve got this”, whatever “this” may happen to be.
Let this be a lesson and guide, that the lies we’ve been told and sold were never for our beauty or benefit, but were solely for their profit, at our physical expense. None of the solutions poisons were meant to fix or cure anything, because if they did that, we’d stop being a customer.
